CLEANING CHECKLIST 

General: 

• • Wipe Fingerprints from light switches and door edges. 

  • Wipe inside of all windows of all rooms. 

  • Wipe window sills and curtain rods. 

  • Wash inside and outside of front and back doors. 

  • Dust mop wood floors. 

  • Wash all vinyl and tile floors. 

  • All carpeting is to be vacuumed. 

  • All trash must be removed from the premises. 

  • Clean all light fixtures throughout unit. 

Kitchen: 

• • Wipe and clean outside of appliances 

  • Sanitize & disinfect all surfaces 

  • Clean inside of microwave 

  • Clean out of dishwasher and range hood. 

  • Clean outside the cabinets 

  • Scrub kitchen floor, including under the movable appliances. 

Bathroom(s): 

• • Sanitize & disinfect all surfaces 

  • Clean and sanitize shower, shower doors and tracks, tile and faucets. 

  • Clean bathtub, tile around the tub, sink, door and fixtures. 

  • Clean inside and outside of toilet. 

  • Clean and sanitize commodes and base of commode. 

  • Clean the inside of medicine cabinet 

  • Wash mirror. 

  • Scrub floor.
